Ingredients:
1 tb cooking oil
4 cups day-old rice
1/2 lb sliced pork / bacon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 tb soy sauce
1 tb Hoison sauce
2 eggs, scrambled
salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Add cooking oil on medium-high heat. Cook sliced pork until brown. Then, add garlic and onions. Stir-fry until onions caramelized.
Add rice. Mix well. Fry for 7-10 mins.
Add soy sauce and Hoisin sauce. Stir-fry all ingredients until evenly mixed.
Fry egg in different pan. Mix in with rice after cooked.
Add green onions. Stir-fry for a minute.
Add salt & pepper to taste. Ready to serve!
Optional: Add sunny side up egg on top of rice.
