Thai Basil Chicken



Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
thai basil leaves
1 red bell pepper
1 lime
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 shallot, minced
½ thai chili pepper

Sauce:
1 tsp brown sugar
1½ tb fish sauce
1 tb sweet soy sauce

Method:
1. Mix sauces together, set aside
2. Add oil to wok, high heat. Add garlic & shallots. Cook until aromatic.
3. Add chicken. Break it into small bits. Halfway cooked, add sauce. Stir-fry well.
4. Add chili pepper & bell pepper. Mix well.
5. Add basil leaves. Mix well.
6. Serve with rice and big cabbage leaf.
