Spicy Beef



Ingredients:
1 lb beef (cut into small square pieces)
1/4 cup yellow onions (minced)
3 jalapeño (sliced)
3 tomatoes (diced)
2 ts shrimp paste
salt (to taste)
vegetable oil

Method:
1. Prepare the beef & vegetables. Cut the beef, jalapeños, tomatoes, and yellow onion. Have the salt and shrimp paste ready!

2. In a pot with 2 tablespoon of oil, boil the beef until cooked. Then, set aside.

3. In a separate wok with 2 tablespoon of oil, cook yellow onions until slightly soft (not until golden). Next, put in jalapeños and stir until it starts to soften. Add in tomatoes, stir with everything.

4. When all the ingredients are soft and mixed in, add shrimp paste. Make sure to really break it apart and mix it all up.

5. Add the beef. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Cook until tomatoes start to dissolve into gravy. Add salt if necessary.
